Fusarium Wilt


When the lower stem of affected plants is split, a brown discoloration is evident on each side of the stem, just beneath the outer skin. The pith (center of stem) remains white and healthy. Leaves may turn yellow on only one side of the plant. Eventually, infected plants during the hot afternoon, recovering at night and early morning. Finally, infected plants collapse and die.
